Active Healing provides energy-based services and products to support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being—to ”restore natural healing and balance your body and spirit.” Karen is a Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and National Certified Counselor.

Healing Touch (www.healingtouchprogram.com) has roots in the Holistic Nurses Association and provides techniques for balancing, clearing and supporting the body’s energy systems.

Reiki is an ancient and sacred energy healing system, increases the quality and flow of energy.

Quantum, based upon Chinese Energetic teachings, provides access to the underlying causes of imbalances, and the tools to correct these into collective consciousness.

Muscle testing assists in locating energy-based barriers and blockages and provides simple tools to easily release and rebalance emotional and other energies that are no longer useful. Used in conjunction with counseling, sessions move quickly to core issues and address them with ease and grace.

Touch for Health (www.touch4health.com) locates muscles weakened by imbalances and provides tools for balancing overall energy systems and strengthening muscles.

Flower and gem essences provide natural vibrational patterns to the body which support healing and spiritual growth processes.

Sessions are 60 minutes in person or by phone. All sessions are $60, cash or check. There is a 50% charge for sessions missed without 24-hour notice. Please call to schedule an appointment. Hours vary to accommodate most schedules.
