| Arnold’s Farm is a diversified Centennial Family Farm direct marketing grain- and grass-finished beef, chicken, pork, turkey and lamb to health conscious consumers. We are the fourth and fifth generations on this land to take great pride in caring for it. We are committed to raising our meat animals in a sustainable and ecologically sound system, utilizing good land stewardship practices, responsible animal husbandry, and socially acceptable farming methods. Hormones, antibiotics, animal by-products, and GMO corn are not used in our livestock feeds.
We are located in beautiful Jo Daviess County in northwestern Illinois near Elizabeth. Direct-to-consumer sales are transacted at the farm by appointment or by scheduled delivery to Chicago and selected Tri-State areas. Individual cuts, quantity packages, sides and whole animals are available. All meats are packaged in easy to use portions and are done at USDA inspected plants with excellent reputations. (Turkeys are done by an Illinois custom plant.) The processors do not use irradiation or mechanical separation of meat from the carcass and do not add water to the final product. All meats excepting those cured or smoked are sodium nitrate- and MSG-free. We think you will find Arnold’s Farm meat to be a pure, fresh and flavorful product. |
