	Springer’s Martial Arts Academy offers fun and exciting karate classes for kids as young as 5 years of age up to adults of all ages. Children learn self-discipline, respect, goal-setting and the value of exercise. They improve their attention span, focus and self-confidence in a positive, friendly and motivating classroom setting. We offer two free introductory lessons to anyone who wants to try it out. Kick aerobics classes are also offered. Springer’s Martial Arts Academy is a very ’family oriented’ school. Parents are welcome to stay and watch their child in class. Parents take an active role in assisting their child at home in studying their student handbook. Adults can adopt an exercise program that improves their physical fitness as well as learning effective self-defense techniques. There are also classes available for parents who wish to train with their children. All martial arts styles are welcome. Students from other styles retain their current rank (they do not start over at white belt again). Moral philosophy and ancient wisdom are at the foundation of martial arts training. All students learn the important qualities of courtesy, humility, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit through disciplined training rooted in the mind, body and spirit philosophies. It is our hope that each student becomes a productive part of society: By providing strong interactive leadership, we set the example. We try to help each student become at peace with oneself.
