| Barbara is a certified and licensed massage therapist in Iowa and Illinois, and is also a member of NCTMB. 20 years experience includes: reflexology, polarity, acupressure, Swedish, eslan, emotional freedom technique, and many others. A unique blend of all her experience to customize your session. “My work is gentle, but firm, wholesome and down to earth. I provide a safe nurturing atmosphere for healing treatments using a combination of bodywork techniques.”
Barbara has been a Reiki Master since 1989. La Stone Therapy, the original hot stone massage, is also offered; enabling relief from physical stress and emotional pain. Emotional Freedom Technique works with the body's subtle energies. "Of all the modalities that I have investigated over the years, EFT has simply proven to be the most effective.
